Visa Collection
You can collect your passport if you have applied through China Visa Services from the hours of 11am-5pm Monday – Friday and Sundays 12.30pm – 4pm.
If you wish to collect your passport on Saturdays, please call our office during business hours to arrange a suitable time for collection.
(Collection after these hours will be charged at 25 pounds per passport)
If you have applied through the embassy and are unable to arrange collection of the passport yourself we can arrange collection for you and return it to your address, using Royal Mail. The charge for this service is £10 plus the embassy visa costs and £12 postage. We require you to send a copy of your collection slip or the reference number given to you , if you wish to use this service.

Additionally, we will send a courier to collect the visa so you don’t have to queue. The services and forms we use are available from the Government for a lower cost.
